ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With 20 years of experience with State Farm, our agency is dedicated to delivering excellence through a team of 12 talented professionals serving two locations. I’m a proud graduate of Arizona State University with an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and before becoming an agent, I held various leadership roles in corporate America. That experience taught me the value of putting clients first, fostering trust, and delivering strong results - principles that continue to guide how we serve our community today.

Our mission is simple: to deliver outstanding service by prioritizing our clients’ needs, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating positive outcomes. We’re seeking motivated, solutions-driven individuals who are strong communicators and embody integrity, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset. These traits are essential to maintaining our high standards and supportive culture.

Community and family are central to who we are. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and staying actively involved in initiatives that promote growth and development. Our agency partners with local organizations, supports causes related to education, and even established a scholarship awarded annually to deserving local students. We also host financial wellness workshops and participate in community events to make a difference beyond the office.

Our team culture is achievement-oriented, supportive, and growth-focused. We believe in a “work hard, play hard” approach—balancing professionalism with fun—and we offer extensive training and development to help team members succeed, even if they’re new to the insurance industry. What sets us apart is our commitment to personal and professional growth, mentorship, and collaboration, which creates an environment where each team member can thrive.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes performance bonuses, PTO and additional PTO incentives, dental and vision coverage, 401K with company match, professional development opportunities, and a wellness program. With a low-control but high-expectation environment, we empower our team to achieve excellence while celebrating wins along the way.

If you’re looking for a career where you can grow, challenge yourself, make a difference, and become part of a high-performing team that values trust, impact, and results, this could be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.
